All ingredients are brought in from qualified vendors and are quarantined upon receipt. These ingredients are not released from quarantine until they go through a number of quality checks, which include certificate of analysis verification and organoleptic verification. Once the ingredients have passed all quality checks, they are released for use and tracked though a customized software system to maintain strict lot control and full traceability.
Production records are approved by quality control personnel before the formula is released to the production floor where they are executed by highly qualified and safety-minded personnel. Once the product is through the manufacturing process, it is again quarantined until it passes all quality checks. Uckele tracks every step of the manufacturing process.
